Windows Internet Explorer: Please click on the “install the ActiveX” link. It will launch the installation wizard for active x components and follow the instructions. Once it’s done you might have to refresh the whole page and log back again and will be able to enjoy the live view of the cameras.

Safari on Iphone: Unfortunately Safari is incompatible. Please go to Apple store, search for Chrome, download and install it. Now open the camera system in chrome. It works great! Other browsers also work well.
